Pretty good day at the field. Dad and I flew the Yellow trainer and Dad landed it. A little rough but nothing broke. I flew my Stryker for the first time in years and on an EDF 3700KV motor swinging a 4x4.5 prop. It was great and was about as fast as the stock motor. Time to put in the 4S next!!!

Kind of a mixed day. Dad and I went to the field and were the only ones there. It was very windy which wasn't fun on the planes. Dad's Yellow Trainer flew great and ran smooth. My little Red Trainer however, didn't run good at all. We struggled with the tune and the engine cut off in flight. We then decided to call it quits on that plane for the day. I was getting my nitro heli tuned very well and when I was running very low on fuel, I did one final auto. I then decided to do a skidding auto. But at about two feet off the ground, I realize that I had these massive rubber grommets on the skids and I knew the heli was just going to stop dead. So I pulled back but didn't have the head speed and botched the auto. A link popped off and one plastic servo horn stripped. I got very lucky!

Great day at the field today! I got my dad out and buddy boxed him. He loved it. He's starting to remember more and more about flying! I had a great time with him today!😀
