Just some steady flight as it was a hassle in the wind, noticed blades weren't tracking properly either, eventually gave it some stick doing some really fast and high stall turns...even my missus came to watch...

Gaui - still a bit petrified of this thing...but idled up and flew some really nice controlled stall turns with pirouettes in the turns and very level passes, practiced some loops, tight ones and big arcing ones,2 static flips and finished off with about a 30sec inverted nose in hover..over the moon with this Heli...smiling like a little kid.

thought i would have a go at some inverted flight, practised flying stall turns one way forwards, other way tail first with loops in between.

2nd flight was inverted practise in different orientations, i seemed to lose power after a while as heli just smashed into the ground with pretty disastrous results, only things that really survived was all the electronics incl servo's which was amusing.

new frame, boom, shaft, bearings, blades, linkages etc..

Converted Trouble to a scale MD500, maiden flight, straight into it, fantastic flying really stable and looks great, very happy with my first scale build and flying session

basic flight moves, orientation practice. tried different collective/cyclic stages for stall turns to improve turn away from flight line speeds and fly by at lower heights

spooled 450 #1 up and as she lifted off she just started violently spinning...bleh heart stopping moment, anyway landed her safely without damage, but noticed the connection to the ball link on tail rotor had totally snapped off.... repair time again!

put 7 batts though my other heli, took me 5 batts to get the mojo back as i was just all over the place, last two batts just threw caution to the wind and did some great continuous flying at speed fig 8's then into stall turns with a piro, loops in bewteen stall turns and then back into x2 fig 8's before timer kicked in.

never done that before, well chuffed

After rebuild last night on trouble was a bit worried, but she flew even better than she did before, only difference more setup time and different blades - used 325mm GF blades.

Other 450 was flying great until she hit the ground, almost same spot as yesterday, sort of realised that the canopy blended into the clouds, which made me lose orientation, time for canopy change.
